Delayed reminder emails
Heartbeat reminders were delayed by up to four hours for accounts on one mail route. No check-in window closed as a result, and no verification request was opened. Routing was moved to a second provider the same day.

Scheduled maintenance
Ninety minutes of read-only access during a storage migration. Vault reads and check-ins were unaffected. Announced six days in advance.
